About the Meetings
Sahaja Meditation is an "antar" or inner yoga. The process of becoming a more relaxed and balanced person requires no physical or mental effort.
We usually begin the evening with
a guided meditation, where everyone in the room enjoys a
peaceful state of silence and calm.
The evening includes a brief
explanation about one aspect of Sahaja Meditation.
Hands-on demonstrations of Sahaja Meditation
allow beginners to master balancing and cleansing methods.
The meeting concludes usually with a second,
short collective meditation.

What to bring, what to wear
The meeting lasts about an hour and a half. You can either sit in a chair or sit on the floor to enjoy Sahaja
Meditation. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. You can bring
something to keep your weekly handouts in, if you like. |
