the Meetings
We usually begin the evening
with a guided meditation, where everyone in the room enjoys a peaceful
state of silence and calm. Hands-on demonstrations allow beginners to
quickly master the techniques of Sahaja Meditation. The evening may
include a brief explanation about one aspect of the meditation, but
the best knowledge about how it is working comes from each person's
own experience.
Sahaja Meditation is an inner
yoga. It is a very enjoyable feeling of being with oneself, in the present,
in reality. After several weeks, people who try the meditation at home
every day become more relaxed and balanced. No physical or mental effort
is required.
Our main goal is that everyone
experiences the peace and enjoyment of true meditation.

What to bring, what
to wear
Wear comfortable clothing.
Many people find it comfortable to remove their shoes when they are
meditating. It is not necessary to sit on the floor to meditate; most
of us sit on chairs.
